Return Policy

It is possible to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our webshop. They must be returned in original conditions, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size/version, we ask you to return the unwanted items for a refund and place a new order.

If you want to return your item(s) you can email us at support@sevensluck.com, we will provide you with the appropriate postage details. Our return address is based in the Netherlands.

We don't refund shipping costs.
